The summer is just flying by. The kids go back to school in one month. It's too fast. It's been good to have really simple meals, even though we are often repeating. The heat is such a sapper of energy that it is hard to spend too much time in the kitchen. There are only 3 weeks left until my son leaves for the next 2 years. So, the days are getting busy as we have so much left to do.
Tuesday: grilled shrimp (moved from last week)
Wednesday: BBQ chicken salad w/cilantro ranch dressing
Friday: salmon cakes w/lemon aioli
Saturday: date night
Sunday: Dinner at Chef Brad's
