It's not often that I miss posting my menu, but the last month or so I have not been too consistent. So, when I got a call from my sister last Monday it was a wake up call. She was worried because I had not posted my menu. So, I didn't want to disappoint. Of course I am headed to her house this weekend for October break and I cannot wait.
Monday: ground turkey tacos
Tuesday: leftover pork roast and potatoes
Wednesday: Crock pot salsa chicken
Thursday: pecan crusted tilapia (frozen from Costco)
Friday: on the road to Utah
Saturday: Utah
Sunday: dinner with the Millers
