Exercise-Day 3

I got out at 9:00 this morning. Imagine that, it was still hot. I jog/walked for 24 minutes. My mile time was 15:18. Each day I am increasing my time by 2 minutes and trying to shave time off my mile.

I did my 10 min. body weight exercises.

I swam for 15 minutes.
